Telegram

How it works

TextClaw manages a pool of pre-configured Telegram bots. When you add Telegram to your agent, we assign one of these bots and link it to your agent automatically. No need to create your own bot or deal with BotFather.

Setup

1. Go to your dashboard.
2. Find the Telegram card and click Add Telegram.
3. A bot is assigned to your agent instantly.
4. Click the link to open a chat with your bot in Telegram.

Private chats

Once connected, open the bot in Telegram and start chatting. Your agent responds to every message in a private conversation, just like SMS.

Disconnecting

To remove Telegram from your agent, click the disconnect button on the dashboard. The bot is returned to the pool and can be reassigned later.
